When my wife asked me why I was walking so slow, I really did not have a good answer for her. I was not suffering from an injury, and I was not tired or lethargic. I was just naturally moving slower. I love to play tennis. There is just something extremely relaxing and rewarding about it. If I win, it is because of my efforts rather than a collective team effort, and I really like that aspect of it because I am really competitive. I am by no means a professional, but that doesn’t mean I don’t give it my all. I was playing a few months ago when I tried to go beyond my abilities and strained my knee.
