I Was Pushed to the Ground

I had been thinking about seeing a Beverly Hills chiropractor for a while, but I never acted on those thoughts until I became a crime victim. I was mugged while waiting for a bus, and the person who stole my bag pushed me down. I was not expecting this at all, so I did not have time to brace myself. Several people came rushing over to help me up, but it hurt so much. I guess I landed the wrong way, and the police who showed off suggested I be checked out at the hospital.

Not knowing what was wrong, I agreed to that. The ER doctor was not able to find anything wrong, but he did give me a prescription for pain relief medication. He suggested that I follow up either with my regular doctor or with a chiropractor. Continue reading “I Was Pushed to the Ground”

I Fell Down on a Patch of Ice

I was at my grandmother’s visiting last winter. I am not used to being in such snowy conditions, but I had the time of my life until I fell down on a patch of ice right outside her front door. She put a heated rice bag on my back, and it did feel a little better after that. I am not sure if it was the heat or the pain pills I had taken. I came home two days later, and I knew that I needed to see a Sacramento chiropractor because the pain was just getting worse rather than better. Continue reading “I Fell Down on a Patch of Ice”

We Just Got Back from Skiing

Not just now, but we have been up in the Paiute Mountains of Utah. One of my clients has a ski lodge up there and they rent it out when they are not using it. Of course this is a huge place, so it only makes sense if you split the costs with a relatively large group. We took my brother in law’s family and the family of one of my cousins. There was another guy and his girlfriend, who is related to someone in the family some way. At any rate a Santa Rosa chiropractor is going to get involved in the aftermath and I really do not have anyone else to lay the blame upon. I was skiing good, which is a change for me. I Was Slowing Down on My Walks

When my wife asked me why I was walking so slow, I really did not have a good answer for her. I was not suffering from an injury, and I was not tired or lethargic. I was just naturally moving slower. It was the first time we had taken a walk together in weeks, so it was pretty apparent to her that something was wrong. I did feel a bit different, and I decided that I needed to make an appointment to see a Santa Barbara chiropractor. The reason I chose a chiropractor over my regular doctor is because I had a feeling this was something that an adjustment or two would take care of. Continue reading “I Was Slowing Down on My Walks”

How Tennis and Chiropractic Care Go Together

I love to play tennis. There is just something extremely relaxing and rewarding about it. If I win, it is because of my efforts rather than a collective team effort, and I really like that aspect of it because I am really competitive. I am by no means a professional, but that doesn’t mean I don’t give it my all. I was playing a few months ago when I tried to go beyond my abilities and strained my knee. As soon as I did that, I knew I needed to see a Santa Barbara chiropractor.

I had never seen one before, which that is surprising in itself because most of the people I know who play tennis regularly see one. Most of them are older than me though, and I thought that was the main reason why they were seeing one. Continue reading “How Tennis and Chiropractic Care Go Together”
